Tired of mediocre shisha, well not anymore. Wel3a has a wide range of flavors and expert shisha handlers. All of our shisha staff have at least 5 years experience in shisha making and serving.

Oh yeah, and while you're enjoying your smoke, have a bite to eat or something to eat too! Great sandwiches, desserts, and amazing cocktails available as well.

Early bird? No problem. From 8am till 12pm enjoy our on the go breakfast. Choose from delicious muffins, croissants, and fresh pastries ready to go when you are, to the most amazing coffee you can drink.

Bad experience @ Wel3a cafe: Waiter there was very rude in taking the order and handing out the cheque. Not going there again.

Shisha is really good, the service is ok although the guy didn't really understand what i wanted in the beginning but they were friendly and polite. They don't serve food but as far as i understood i can order from Makani across the street and eat there which is quite a good idea as Makani's food is good. The place was packed never the less the manager told us he can make us a table outside in a minute which was quite fast, unfortunatley my friends decided to sit inside as it was hot.
The place over all is nice, for guys u can use the toilet although not the best experience, girls are recommended to cross the street to Makani or just hold it !!!

Its actually a nice place, i mean don't expect much from a shisha place, but i have to admit as i love sitting on the street,i really enjoyed that place. I know alot of people don't like this, but i personally think that this is what is missing in Cairo, somewhere clean to sit on the streets. The only problem is that as its on the streets, you don't really feel comfortable having a girl with you especially that you are across the street from a grocer, fishmonger, and butcher, and its the most commercial street in Zamalek. The shisha itself is quite good, and i had tea for my drink where you can't actually go wrong !!!

It's located in the place of the old local ahwa "khazan Aswan". It's OK but the place happens to be smaller than the old one and you have to sit outside. Sitting there is nice but I'm not sure for how long will this be acceptable cause frankly your are sitting on the pavement. The service is good and the sheesha is OK. Nothing spectacular overall though. They offer a combo with a drink and unlimited Sheesha which is nice if you are planning to stay for hours and/or you smoke Me3assel.

Didn't you get bored of shishas , as they're all the same flavor and even the flavor usually disappears after 1 hour max?!, Unlike Wel3a !! you get to experience new tastes of shisha that last for hours and the flavor never change ! Let alone the free pot of tea on the unlimited shisha "that allows you to change the 7agar whenever you want for FREE!" . I love this place with its Amazing shisha,spot,cupcakes,services,coffee ... what could be better?!
