I just ordered FOUR gifts for 4 different occasions from the comfort of my bed; the whole process took about 10 minutes, someone will come over to pick up the money and the gifts will be directly delivered to the ppl. Such a relief. It would have probably taken me a whole day of mashaweer, traffic and frustration. The Giftery I LOVE U (hug)

Also I would like to add that when I had my baby I did my own registry with them and I have to say that my experience was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and dedicated, they helped a lot with choosing certain gifts, they know very well the content of the products on the websites and they would get out of their way to keep communication very smooth and service perfect. Not to mention my friends and family were so happy that they could simply order the gifts online or even over the phone without worrying about the hassle of going through traffic to a store, finding parking, choosing a gift, waiting inline etc... Really outstanding service!!

i live outside Egypt & i wanted a present for my mom on her birthday & always have a problem 2 get presents for ppl. so i have 2 wait until i'm back home or before which is not nice, so i used ur site & it was great & i found something right for her & they delivered in the day i wanted & without ruining the surprise :) thx, u r the best :D

I used The Giftery to order some flowers on Mother's Day and I have to say the service was excellent. The website is a pleasure to use, and after placing my order I promptly received a phone call confirming the order.

I placed the order on March 21st, probably one of their busiest days of the year, and they still managed to deliver the flowers on time!

One thing to note, if you choose to pay with your credit card you will be required to send them a photocopy of your ID. It was no problem for me, but if you prefer not to then you should choose to pay with cash on delivery.

All in all, a very welcome addition to the online services available in Egypt.

Loving the website, i'm still browsing to see what i could buy from there especially that Mother's day is coming up soon, but there just way too many choices :)

The Giftery...
Starting with the slogan "thinking inside the box", shows the level of creativity and commitment they have put, to make this website easier for their users.
The Giftery saved me time and effort, where choosing a gift was a simple click away. Not only does it put a smile on the receivers face, but on mine too.
As soon as I selected my gift, one of the staff members called me 5 minutes after with a pleasant voice and extremely helpful.
Simply amazed to have this lever of service in Egypt.
Highly recommend and totally trustworthy.

I'm living outside of Egypt and I used the website to buy a gift for my family back home in Cairo. The website provides you with a wide range of gift selection. I haven't tried it yet, but its something that we really needed. I guess at this point in time they're just unlucky as no one is looking into buying luxury goods, but the concept is great, and the website looks amazing. Really good job for whoever did this site, and i hope to use it asap :)

I loved the Giftery and was impressed by the service, great feedback and amazing follow up not only while purchasing a gift but till the very last step confirming delivery. It's believed to be a savior as i can not only buy gifts at a click of a button but also it offers a wide range of alternatives that is growing bigger every day. One more perfect edge is that the staff are really helpful when it comes to personalizing gifts, they are very creative and have perfect command of different languages English, French and Arabic which makes one sigh with relief. By the end of the day you want to pick up a nice gift and add words from the heart..so rest assured they will always have somebody to help u out while u’re confident that it will come out right-Am feeling Luckyyyy:D
