Chef Hassan, who just arrived to Egypt from Syria fell in love with El Gouna's tranquility. He serves delicious food. Mezzeh/ Appetizers are just perfect. He pays attention to detail and of course taste. Syrian are known for their generosity when serving food and that place is no different when it comes to that.
Delicious food and very friendly staff.
Be sure to try the Kubbah and Stuffed vine leaves (Yalengi)
