I thought i'd give it a try as the other Rotana Cafe's around the middle east are good but turned out to be quite tacky, actually Nelly is right its actually a mini Gulf

tooo expensive... shisha is nice but i wouldn't recommend it in summer..full of khlaegy people.. with all my respect but its like a little community there
