They never fail to deliver. Personally I am a big fan of their salads, especially the goat's cheese one- this said I've loved each one I've tried and alternate regularly. The best part about this specific Casper and Gambini is their outdoor area- on sunny winter mornings it is the best place to have brunch/lunch. Their rooftop like seating has beautiful landscapes and is well isolated from both the busy streets of Nasr City and the crowds of the mall itself.

To drink, order whichever iced tea seems most tempting to you, it's an experience on its own.

I tried yesterday the classic mushroom pizza from Casper And Gambini's. It was amazing. I don't know what kind of heavenly white cheese they put in it but it just melts in your mouth and wasn't mozzarella. The mushrooms were fresh not canned and beautifully sautéed

And won't even start to talk about the crust. It was thin and crispy yet fluffy. I absolutely loved the whole thing.
