At Cairo Kitchen we’re approaching Egyptian street food from the angle of koshary offering our own interpretation of how this dish can be served up and enjoyed. With bold interiors created by Egyptian architect and designer, Hassan Abouseda, the restaurant is a modern twist on Egypt’s traditional koshary culture.
